ZivaShop is a smart product comparison aggregator and shopping platform:

• We gather pricing, descriptions, specifications, and availability details from global marketplaces.
• While we strive to update prices and stock availability in real-time, external merchant prices are subject to change without notice. ZivaShop does not guarantee that details on our site always match external prices exactly at the second of redirect.
• The final purchase price is the price listed on the respective seller's platform (e.g. AliExpress) at the moment of checkout, or the calculated total in our direct checkout modal.

Depending on the checkout route selected:

• External Purchases (Affiliate): Contracts, payments, and product warranties are held exclusively between you and the external merchant. ZivaShop is not a party to the transaction and disclaims all liability for delivery delays, defective items, or payment disputes arising on third-party sites.
• Direct Orders: For items ordered directly on ZivaShop, we route order details to logistics fulfillment centers and provide direct customer support. If issues arise, our team will assist you with shipping tracking and refund policies as described in our Return Policy.

You agree not to use the ZivaShop platform for:

• Any unlawful activity or promoting illegal acts.
• Scraping, harvesting, or automated data extraction of our product catalog for competing commercial purposes without prior authorization.

Product images, titles, and specifications sourced from affiliate partners are the property of their respective creators or marketplace merchants and are utilized under aggregate/fair-use catalog arrangements.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Antibes, France.
